| The Fort Bragg General Plan has a detailed planning process included in it which is triggered any time one of the five parcels whcih comprise the 430 acre mill site, apply for a change of zoning. At present the site is zoned for timber industrial use. If someone wishes to develop any of the parcels for other uses, then they must submit a plan that would take into account the whole 430 acre site. This planning process must include citizen input and must be approved by the local planning commission. |
